My professional background includes working for a large chiropractic company in both Fort Worth and Corpus Christi, Texas, where I specialized in soft tissue treatments, chiropractic adjusting, and therapeutic exercise. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of treating athletes at all levels, from high school competitors to professional baseball players, as well as elite powerlifters and Olympic lifters. However, my treatment approach is not exclusive to athletes—it’s designed to be effective, comfortable, and beneficial for people of all ages, backgrounds, and body types.

I was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, but my journey took me to many places before returning home. In 2007, I left St. Louis to serve in the U.S. Navy, where I became a Navy Diver—a role few have the opportunity to experience. I take great pride in having been part of such an elite community and am grateful for the meaningful work I was able to do while traveling the world. Occasionally, that work even involved shorts and sandals, which made for a Navy experience quite different from the norm!

After my time in the military, I pursued my education, earning my bachelor’s degree from Maryville University and later my Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan College of Chiropractic. Now, I am proud to live in St. Louis Countywith my wife, Daysis, my daughter, Lidia, and my son, Lukas.

I am grateful to call St. Louis home once again and to serve the community I grew up in. I look forward to welcoming you to Fit First Chiropractic and helping you move, feel, and live better.
